No: Most chemotherapy is removed from the body by our kidney's or liver. You can double check with your oncologist.

No: There is no contagious componenet to chemotherapy for bowel cancer. You can interact safely with those around you including children. You, however should be careful to try and avoid being exposed to colds and other infections- some chemotherapy will result in lowering your immune system as white cell counts drop over the ensuing days.

No: Chemo therapy is not contagious. There is no radiation in the chemotherapy. No danger to the children. Good luck!
