Clearance is probably less than 30 minutes and epinephrine dose is very low to have any significantly systemic cardiovascular effect. It mainly works locally for prolonging the effect of lidocaine and lessening the bleeding.

Cardiovascular effects are relatively rare, unless injection lacteally pierces wall of vein. The amount of epinephrine is quite small, so effects will not last long. Perhaps a half hour or more. If you continue to have problems, call your Dentist.
