First, know that your Dentist has epinephrine-free local anesthetics available. Second, ask your Dentist and your Cardiologist to consult with each other about your situation. Anxiety control may be advisable. The best thingnyou can do is to communicate your concerns ton your Dentist well in advance ofnyour appointment. (S)he will take it from there.
