Meth : Meth is short for methamphetamine and is in the amphetamine class of drugs. Hydrocodone and tylenol (acetaminophen) #3 are both in the opioid class of drugs - a different class than amphetamines. So your answer is no, hydrocodone and tylenol (acetaminophen) #3 would not make you test positive for meth.

Don't blame dentist: The medications you mentioned would not trigger a positive result for a different class of drug, so you can't blame a failed test on other compounds.
