No easy answer: As long as your thyroid level is normal, this is not the reason for your weight problem. Although supplements are a multi-billion dollar industry, there are very few if any legitimate studies that show that they work. You should get a full examination to make sure there are no other reasons for your weight problem, after that it comes down to the basic reality of fewer calories in, more exercise.
