There is iodine added to table salt and many foods have iodine, e.g. tea. It is very unlikely that you have iodine deficiency and taking is unlikely to do any good, it will give a metallic taste in your mouth. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
