Mean cell hb count is low. platelet count is high and c- reactive protein level is high. does this mean it's highly likely i have cancer? or anemia? i have been bleeding menstruation for 5 months now(heavy and light) but other bloods are fine?

If you give us specific #, our answer will be more precise. While genital cancer (cervical or endometrium) can't be ruled out with these limited info but I doubt, you probably have mild iron deficiency anemia (although your Hb is still in normal range but likely in low normal limit) & reactive thrombocytosis from anemia. High C-reactive protein (how high) isn't a specific test, not quite useful.

From the information you provided, you are iron deficient and that can explain and that can explain the Hb and Platelet count. Take oral iron supplement and multivitamins to correct the deficiency. Consult a gynecologist for your heavy bleeding. Your doctor can prescribe medication that would limit your periods to once a year.
