All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. I have a mean cell hb of 23.6. It should be between 27 - 32 pg. My platelet count is 463. Should be between 150- 400 10^9/L. I read these can be Anemia. But my other bloods are fine. I also read it could be cancer? Dr not bothered. What could it be?
