Time your voiding every 3-4 hours while awake regardless of your feeling which you should neglect it. You will overcome this feeling after days of practicing. You do not need to adjust your fluid intake, drink fluid as usual or when you feel thirsty.

Cant be diagnosed without an exam. Pl see a Urologist asap if not go to the ER Good luck
