Hello dr, i want to know if i should worry about sneezing and nasal congestion at 23 weeks hiv post exposure. i tested negative at week 4 and week 19 using a 4th generation blood lab test at my pcp. should i be concerned about this or is it a cold?

No, you should not worry, just a cold or any other viral syndrome. Two negative tests with 4th generation method at 4 and 19th week ruled out HIV infection.
