Sedating medication: Hydroxyzine is a sedating 1st generation antihistamine which is why your baby is so tired all the time. This dosing sounds like it is too aggressive and is causing increased sedation. Also, this medication is not good at treating congestion. In a 3 month old most common cause of stuffy, runny nose is viral infection that can last for days or weeks. More common if your child is in daycare
