Hello Dr, I want to know if I should worry about sneezing and nasal congestion at 23 weeks HIV post exposure. I tested negative at week 4 and week 19 using a 4th generation blood lab test at my PCP. Should I be concerned about this or is it a cold?
I Work at a nursing home & couldve been exposed to HIV a few days ago, almost a week and now Im experiencing stuffy nose/nasal congestion. I didnt see any visible blood on me nor did I notice any on the persons hands but is this an early symptom?

HIV RNA taken at 25 days and HIV 4th gen taken at 60 days came negative. Started having fever at 80th day and it's been a week now and still having fever,runny nose, headache, chest pain, chills and cold. Is it a concern? Any further testing required
Confused? I had a Positive pcr RNA HIV test after 32 days of exposure VIRAL LOAD 1.06 *10^8 IU/ml .But HIV combo and elisa still Negative.. last Elisa I did 120 days after exposure I made 4 combo tests in different labs after 6& 12 &16 neg?
