Obsessive compulsive disorder is diagnosed on the basis of compulsive activities, thoughts, impulses that significantly impair function. It is most commonly treated with Cognitive Behavioral. If it is still a major factor in your life, impairing normal function, you should see a therapist about getting treatement. Many people successfully overcome this disorder.
