No problem. This is not considered toxic.

Plaque is not toxic, it is food particles around your teeth that wasn't brushed away. No side effects if ingested. Brush after every meal.

Plaque is a combination of bacteria and food debris. Left in place on teeth it causes infection(s) (tooth decay/gum disease). If swallowed it is destroyed by stomach acids and enzymes. Brushing 2 full minutes 2x/day and flossing 1x/day, combined with twice yearly professional dental examinations/clea in gs, greatly reduces infection risk.
