Your relatively high heart rate but still in normal range which could be a side effect of SNRI antidepressant. Continue to exercise and keep your body mass in range, you should be fine, nothing specific for a poor prognosis.

How long one lives cannot be determined by anyone based on a few numbers or lab tests. Best is to lead a healthy life and let your doc treat you for any health problem. Wish you well

This class.of antidepressants can raise blood pressure and cause a chronic rapid heart rate. I wonder if this is the case with you. It is well known that chronic high resting heart rates in the longterm shorten life expectancy. I wonder if you could be tried on a different antidepressant. I would strive for a resting heart rate in the 70's.
