Can a normal heart that be fine. have nonspecific st and t wave abnormalities show up on ekg? i be having random heart racing intervals/elevations, see pulse in neck, and chest pressure(since may). yet cardio dr, and his nurses say my heart is fine?

Non-specific ST and T wave abnormalities can be related to the position of the EKG leads when they are placed on your chest and may not mean there is an issue. Seeing a pulse in your neck could be from your body habitus-there are many blood vessels in the neck and you are likely seeing a pulsation from one of these. Heart racing/pressure would need to be evaluated by cardiology-which you did.
