Is possible left atrial abnormality common on an ekg or should i be concerned? i am 68, have normal to low blood pressure, all sinus rhythms etc are in the normal range. i exercise a lot but am also tired -am on an snri, pulse in the low 90s?

The reading "possible left atrial abnormality" by electronic reading does not mean much unless you have a murmur with cardiac exam. In that case you need echocardiogram done for ruling out any problem with the mitral valve.
