i have daily palpitations for the last 10 years. ecg, echo, holter are all normal. i sometimes feel my pulse in neck on left side and its bounding accompanied with left chest tightness more after meals. i also have excessive yawning. what to do?

Palpitations: Did you experience palpitations during the EKG or while wearing the Holter monitor? If so, no cardiac arrhythmia was present and perhaps you're only experiencing a forceful heart beat caused anxiety,caffeine, spices, alcohol,hyperthyroidism. If you didn't feel palpitations while on the monitor, wear an event or loop monitor for an extended period or until you feel palpitations and note them
