The SNRI (serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor) you are taking has nothing to do with the norepinephrine as a drug used to raise the blood pressure (and possible high heart rate) when given intravenously in the hospital (ICU). SSRI does not cause left atrial enlargement. LAE (?) by EKG was commonly read by machine, if you do not have significant cardiovascular problem, do not worry.
