Pea sized lymph nodes in armpits, 5 one side and 2 the other. one feels fixed and about size of grape. cluster of 5 tiny posterior triangle neck, not tender, prev ultrasound said they looked normal but still there months after, should i get recheck?

I assume your cbc& differential white blood cell counts are normal and no new lymphadenopathy has developed since you've been followed. Did you ever have infectious mononucleosis? For peace of mind you might consider having a lymph node biopsy by a general surgeon which may reassure you and prevent periodic followup testing through the years.
