Lose weight: Reneb, there is no magic pill or fix to lose weight without lifestyle changes. You must eat a healthy diet and move your body. Start with simple diet changes - cut out fast food and processed food. Drink water instead of soda and fruit drinks. Start with small changes at a time. Walk for 5 minutes 2-3 x day. Surgery without lifestyle changes will fail. They are only a tool.

Wishful thinking: The reality of life is just starting to hit you at age 17. You weigh 400 lbs because you ate too much and did not exercise. There is no way to lose the weight without decreasing your calorie intake (diet) and increasing calories burned (exercise). Creating the correct lifestyle now that allows you to do this will be the most important thing you can accomplish at your young age.
