Yes, the current dose of regular insulin is not enough, both before meal and 2 hours after meal glucose levels are too high. You need a long acting Insulin, what we call a basal insulin dose, in the evening and you need to reduce the calories amount in your meals. The before meal glucose should be optimally less than 6 mmol/L and 2 hours after meal should be around 9-10 mmol/L.
