Howmamy unit of insulin required to be given for a patient waiting for a surgery on the next day with random blood sugar of 460?

Insulin drip : You have a patient going to surgery tomorrow. You note a glucose of 460. Post op patient will need an Insulin drip. If the patient will be npo then let the sugar drift down. Do not over shoot and watch the potassium. No long acting Insulin at all.
