I'm confused. We use units of mgs when looking at blood sugar levels, but when I look at conversion tables,10 mmol equates to 180 mgs and 7.2 mmols converts to 130 mgs. These are not hypoglycemic levels of sugar. Is your HgbA1c less than 7% which is considered controlled? I've never worked with Mixtard 30/35. Perhaps in the early morning hours your blood sugar level goes from high to low too fast
