My daughter is 11 and if she doesnt eat in the morning has low blood sugar levels in the 50's. when she eats it usually goes up to 110. she has fainted a few times if she skips breakfast and becomes very sleepy and goes to sleep. she has had blood work

Diet suggestion: Reactive hypoglycemia can be seen at this age. Important to offer complex carbohydrates/protein in small volumes six times a day.
