The commonest cause is 'one off' report. have it repeated in 2-3 weeks. if still high see your MD for diagnosis

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, If you were dehydrated when the sample was drawn, it could explain the findings. Wish you good health!
