It is always best to discuss lab results with the ordering Dr/provider (who knows what he/she is looking for based on your history & physical exam) , & all laboratories have slightly different “normal” ranges for results, but overall these blood count results look quite normal.

My CBC is WBC 9.2, RBC 5.5, hgb 16.1, hct 46.4, MCV 84.4, MCH 29.3, mchc 34.7, %rdw-cv 12.4, PLT 254, mpv 12.2, % neut 46.8, % lymp 40.5, % mono 9.4 .. Is it good or bad. Plz comment on high mpv value?

WBC- 3.0 RBC - 2.73 Hgb- 10.7 Hct - 29.8 MCV- 109 MCH - 39.3 MCHC- 36.1 RDW - 17.6% Platelets - 101 k/cumm Absolute lymphocytes - 0.5 All other results were in normal range. Im being referred to hem/onc, but unsure why? Should I be concerned?
