Ecg stated "right atrial enlargement." also had sinus tachy, rightward axis, and nonspecific st and t wave abnormality. er doctor didn't say anything to me. should i worry?

Before worries make sure you follow up with your primary care doc or cardiologist. They will be able to further discuss and explain findings in clinical context. In ER such findings are not considered to be life threatening and follow up in the office with your regular docs is typically recommended.
