What does sinus rhythm possible right atrial enlargement borderline left axis deviation borderline ecg unconfirmed report mean?

Unconfirmed means a cardiologist hasn't reviewed the EKG yet. Prominent P waves raises suspicion of right atrial enlargement but EKG isn't as accurate as echocardiogram regarding this. Young people usually have a rightward QRS axis ( instead of a leftward one) which is direction of electrical movement through the heart during contraction). Left axis deviation alone is nonspecific. Advise echocard
