What does it mean if ekg results say sinus rhythm right atrial enlargement but doc says everything is normal? will be having an echo done next month but i'm still confused about the ekg results.. also had normal chest xray?

Was this EKG done because you were having symptoms? Sinus rhythm is a normal heart rhythm. An echocardiogram will he more accurate than the EKG in assessing the size of the right atrium. Causes of right atrial enlargement include pulmonary artery hypertension, certain heart valvular abnormalities, certain congenital heart abnormalities such as interatrial septal defect. See Cardiologist as needed
