Looking at old test result3yrs ago i had an ecg that says sinus rhythm, possible left atrial enlargement (-0.1mv p wave in v1/v2). noone ever told me! i had a 48hr holter monitor last yr and no mention of it on that. should i worry & see cardio?

Ask your doc: You cite two separate tests that measure separate heart issues. The one 3 years ago is not replicated by the Holter monitor last year which basically just monitors for rhythm issues and beat to beat variations. If they were not concerned then I doubt there is concern now. You have not provided the reason for the tests, which would be helpful, but I would ask your doc at your next visit.

I get frequent PACs with raise in HR (exercise/sex). BP normal. Resting HR in 60's. Echo/EKG clear. Holter/30 day monitor show NSR w/ skipped beats. Some sinus tachycardia. No PACs before last year. Frequency gets worse as HR increases. Ideas?
Re-asking this: normal echo and stress test and holter. Two normal ecg's but third shows late transition with normal sinus rythm. Doppler showed impaied lv relax but everything normal. Normal?
