Abnormal: By definition abnormal T waves make the EKG abnormal. Admittedly it's a nonspecific abnormality and its significance has to be determined by your physician or cardiologist who will take a history,your family's history, listen to your heart, check your BP, look at any old EKGs for comparison,order other tests like lipid profile,treadmill stress test,echocardiogram and then advise you further.
