Sir my ecg report show , sinus tachycardia with short pr ,right atrial enlarged , my doctor tell me that it is withinlimits please tell me it is normal or dangerous?

Context missing: These findings are relatively common and while reported as abnormal, in the absence of clinical context, such as symptoms, previous and or current similar tests it would be impossible to further comment on them. A follow up with a cardiologist would be best in order to further understand their significance at the time.
