Could be contact dermatitis. Likely culprits depends on exposure. Look for plants, insect bites, new cleaning supplies or sprays used in the house, pesticides, lawn treatments etc used outside. Even detergents used in carpet cleaning or floor cleaning can cause breakouts. Use OTC hydrocortisone cream sparingly to reduce reaction.
