Hi. the tops of my feet and my ankles are extremely itchy. its a red rash, no bumps, just small red dots that breaks out on my skin. really uncomfortable. it tends to flare up at night. i took some photos if there is a need for it.

Many possibilities..: Itchy rashes can be from many causes, such as: allergic reactions to various things (such as parts of shoes or socks), hives, fungal skin infections, viral or bacterial infections, medication causes, heat rashes, reactions to creams or lotions, internal problems (such as kidney disease, auto-immune disease), etc... Sometimes, hydrocortisone cream is useful. A doctor's exam can help diagnose it.
