30 year old male, had recent cbc. my wbc was 4.2, and is usually between 5.5 and 7. neutrophils were 2.2. all other results normal. any cause for concern or follow up testing? have been having joint and body pains?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results in themselves are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
