Suggest infection: CBC is not a test to diagnose joint pain cause.Your blood test only sugeests you have some kind of infection probably bacterial. You have to discuss with your treating physician where the source of infection is and how he/she is going to treat it and if that is causing your joint pain which is possible with any infection.
