My 5 year old son has complained of his right hip hurting/feeling fatigued only when we walk long distances. normal hip x-rays. cbc shows wbc of 5.6, eosinophils 12.2 (absolute 0.7) absolute lymphocytes of 2.4, absolute neutrophils of 1.8. meaning?
