Hi, can some please tell me what's the meaning of my x-ray result, test was done due to i am applying for work.( further follow-up chest radiograph since 1-8-2021, shows no change in the residual densities in both upper lungs. what does is means.?

Apparently there were some dense areas in both lungs in the past. The densities could have been scars from a case of pneumonia or perhaps TB (tuberculosis) or some other illness. If the dense areas had grown or changed, it would be more concerning for cancer, but that is not as likely since they are stable (unchanged).
