I went and got a chest x-ray. due to the results it shows evidence of hyperfilated lungs. what do this mean? do i have have copd? i take a sprimonitor test tomorrow?

More details would be helpful, do you have a history of smoking or of asthma? What was the reason for the chest x ray. The hyperinflation indicates air trapping which is associated with obstructive lung disease. A pulmonary function test is recommended. A peak flow meter for home may be useful in recording symptoms and readings. Keep all vaccinations up to date. Watch 4 shortness of breath.
