I've done so many test done like chest x-ray heart ultrasound vq and ekg plus blood work it's all fine but why might i be feeling shortness of breathe?

See PCP: Tests are good at answering a lot of questions, but most diagnoses come from a thorough history and physical examination, usually starting with your primary care provider. There are many causes of shortness of breath and tests should only be used to support or refute the causes suspected or reasonably possible, but dangerous.
