I got the result of my x-ray chest for apicolordotic view and it shows "findings suggestive of minimal pulmonary tuberculosis of indeterminate activity. please correlate with clinical and laboratory parameters." what does it mean? please help?

The wording means the findings suggest that the person has or has had tuberculosis. The X-rays cannot determine if the disease is still contagious and active or not.

Findings are suggestive of changes seen in early tuberculosis, common in endemic areas. Such changes remain visible even after treatment and ordering doc has to decide if treatment is still needed based on history, symptoms and exam.
