Check Further: Probably nothing serious but should be checked out further with a complete history and physical. Then you might need some further testing.

Unusual: It is unusual that ligament strain would result in lumps. The other information that i would want to know is if you are male vs female. In females, i would make sure of a recent breast examination, as cysts can occur. The other other possibility are lipomas, which are soft deposits of fat within the skin tissues. Lipomas are very common and usually are not cancerous.
