I had a routine mri performed last week to monitor my pituitary adenoma. its noted pituitary appears prominent in size with relative flat upper border. could someone elaborate on this? its never been noted on my previous mri reports?

Since the images appear comparative to prior films, this needs review directly by the radiologist and your doctor. Key question is whether the pituitary adenoma has increased in size, as this would dictate future management.
