MRI will allow anatomical findings regarding changes in size and potential mass effect. Best approach to assess potential of physiological changes affecting endocrine function is via appropriate blood studies. An endocrinologist can competently assess the effects of your adenoma and provide therapeutic support and stabilization as necessary.
