Is pitutiary size 9.7x4.2x17.3 mm normal ot it may be adenoma? on mri report they said no adenoma signs but the size seems large. male, 27 yo. thanks!

Recent data: In general these are what is considered normal from a large group of scans: No male patients had a pituitary height less than 4.36mm or greater than 7.10mm; a width less than 7.75mm or greater than 14.42mm and a depth less than 8.55mm or greater than 13.50mm.
