I took trazodone (50mg) for 2 years for sleep and then reduced/stopped in december. i took it again a few months ago on 25mg and then went up to 75 the past three days. i want to switch to doxepin. how can i switch it safely?

If you are cautious, you can take trazodone 25 mg along with doxepin for a couple days then stop it.
