27 year old male with zero sex drive for two years. testosterone levels are in the normal range. have taken 25mg trazodone a night for sleep for years, could that possibly be causing it? had no problems the first three years while i was on it?

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Sex drive depends on many things: availability of partner, attraction, general health , interest etc. You should see a good MD/ sex therapist and see if you can be weaned away from taking any meds for sleep by the MD who is giving it to you Sometimes psychotropic medicines have unusual effects so it is hard to tell you for sure whether trazodone is causing it.
