I took remeron (mirtazapine) as sleep aid for 9 years, but it stop working, amitriptyline doesn't help, don't want aps, wondering if trimipramin or doxepin could help?

Herbs also work!: Try to taper off your present prescription medication. There are excellent homeopathic and alternative medicine , herbs, reading a good book, or i always recommended listening to a lecture you like, it worked perfect for a lot of my patients. If stress and anxiety are present those must be dealt with. Sleep is extremely important for us. Try fir few homeopathic products and see what happens, .
