Ocasional pustules on scalp. whatever side of my body it is on the mastoid behind the ear on that side starts to swell. after pustules drain mastoid goes back normal size then end up getting a pustules on back of thigh after. what could cause this?

You could be feeling a lymph node anlarged due to the scalp infection. You seem to have a bcteria of some sort which is causing recurrent infections. Get checked by a dermatologist.
